This event is going to be a fantastic way to say, for myself anyways, goodbye to that little place that has had so many great memories for myself, and I know a lot of you also. We will be going hard with 15 hours of music, 2 locations; most of you know how we roll down there but, once again, I would just like to say, stay clear of the transit gate, and please, no hanging out on the road.

Haunted by the ghosts of technological alienation and fractured identities, Terminal City is a crepuscular soundtrack to lost futures, a reckoning with our fragmented present, and immersive, cinematic passage through the ruins of late stage capitalism, environmental degradation, and urban decay.

CHXMERAS weave film samples and field recordings with elements of dub, techno, ambient, and hip-hop into cinematic, kinetic sounds that moves from fractal noise and abstract beats to polyrhythmic modular synthesis.

The album is available on limited edition cassette and digital via Virtua94 Records.

NELLA - https://nellabanner.com - Nella is a multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, composer, and producer. They blend the influences of their musical roots in folk, jazz and classical with experimental compositions, contemporary improvisations and electronics; cultivating a sound that bridges genres. Performing with a loop pedal, Nella sculpts ambient orchestral landscapes of violin, synth and electronic drums in which their ethereal vocals weave.

ISAAC RUFUS - https://soundcloud.com/isaacrufus - Isaac explores the realms of acoustic and electronic sounds, weaving together the overlapping worlds into beautiful improvised experimental soundscapes. Through clarinet and self built electronic effects, he finds the use of amplification a wonderful sound microscope, allowing the listener's ears to be carried into the now enlarged world of sonic characters. Isaac’s artistic work revolves around magnifying these subtle sound worlds and inviting people to share, explore and play with the physicality of sound.

Close your eyes, relax, and let the sound guide your steps. Clem's been experimenting with sounds for over a decade. This current set blends prepared canvas of his own field recordings and improvised voltage-controlled instruments. Public Disco x SLAB Ft Justin Martin & Nala | Open Air Day Party

Public Disco is partnering with SLAB for a day party to remember featuring West Coast favourite Justin Martin alongside Mi Domina label founder Nala from Los Angeles.

The event will take over Main Street's City Centre Artist Lodge, a motel turned cultural hub in Vancouver's Mount Pleasant neighbourhood. This is the first collaboration between Public Disco, known for activating unconventional urban spaces with daytime dancing opportunities, and SLAB, an events series presented by Max Ulis who is known for his curation at BC festivals such as Bass Coast and New Forms.

Feeding off the energy of the San Francisco underground, Justin [ https://www.soundcloud.com/justin-martin-music ] was intrinsically involved with the development of Dirtybird records, appearing on its first four releases. Justin was soon ready to take flight, releasing a string of solo EPs that flaunted a very unique sound and garnered further respect among fellow DJs and heavyweights of the scene. Music journalists typically describe Justin’s sound as ‘melodic and tough’ with his music encapsulating both melody and emotional depth yet always with enough undeniable ass-shaking properties to translate to the floor.

Nala [ https://www.soundcloud.com/thisisnala ] is an indie dance, house, & techno producer and singer based out of Los Angeles. She got her start playing in underground nightclubs where she developed a reputation as a reliable tastemaker and energetic performer. Her knowledge of house, indie dance, electro, and breaks helped establish her "as one of Miami's top female DJs and certainly an act making some serious strides on the circuit." (EARMILK). After getting picked up by Claude VonStroke, Nala released a series of notable EPs on popular labels such as Dirtybird, Diynamic, and Pets Recordings. In 2022, Nala launched her own label, Mi Domina, where she released two EPs in the acid house and techno genre with support from DJs such as Amine Edge & Dance to Jackmaster.

In the late 80’s and early 90’s, house music was a powerful force, permeating the mainstream airwaves of Chicago’s most prominent radio stations. With Wright being raised in the epicenter of house culture during this era, their love for dance music began to expand throughout their high school years as they partook in the underground dance scene now globally known as Juke.

Their work in and outside of nightlife highlight their commitment queer rights, gender equality, and mental health. TSVI (Guglielmo Barzacchini) is a leading light of the London’s rave underground scene, and he is the co-founder of the UK-based record label Nervous Horizon, which is shaping the contemporary sound of highly percussive, stripped back, club music.

Barzacchini's debut album ‘Inner Worlds’, released in October 2018, is an exploration of his Hindu upbringing and the Sufi Islam introduced by his partner. He has received support from Aphex Twin, Gilles Peterson, Kode9 (Hyperdub), Mike Paradinas (Planet Mu) and many more. In recent years, he performed at CTM festival 2019 at Berghain, Field Day London, No Bounds Festival, and he also toured internationally in Europe as well as in China, Japan, Korea, and more.

In late 2019, Barzacchini made his debut on London-based label AD93 with his new alias, Anunaku; the project is strictly focused on dance floor material within the 125-130bpm spectrum and it explores the use of various drums from around the world combined with elements of UK underground club music.

The wheelchair accessible washroom’s measurements are as follows: door clearance of 34 inches, sink height is 33 inches, toilet paper is 32 inches from the toilet, paper towel height is 44 inches, and a railing on the right side of the toilet is 31 inches from the ground. The door opens inwards to the washroom, the dimensions of the washroom are 94 inches x 70 inches.
